As a dedicated educator with over 30 years of experience in private Christian education across the U.S., internationally, and online, Martin brings a passion for empowering others to Omega Securities Group. As a teacher, he has touched countless lives by fostering growth, resilience, and opportunity through education. A committed entrepreneur, he has founded multiple businesses centered on exceptional customer service and transformative learning experiences. As a Trustee of Omega Securities Group, he leverages this expertise to help individuals recover foreclosure funds rightfully owed to them, ensuring justice and financial restoration. Married with two children and three grandchildren, he is driven by a deep commitment to faith, family, community, and making a meaningful difference.
Don Dockry
Co-Founder & Partner
With over 30 years of success in IT staffing, consulting, and business development, Don has built a career on delivering high-impact solutions across industries like healthcare, finance, medical device, manufacturing, government, and insurance. Today, he’s proud to be the Co-Founder and Partner at Omega Securities Group, where he brings his experience, network, and client-first mindset to a firm grounded in trust, integrity, and performance.
Throughout his career—Don has been recognized for driving national sales efforts, managing strategic accounts, and consistently exceeding performance targets. He’s led multimillion-dollar client engagements, expanded Fortune 500 relationships, and built new market territories from the ground up. Whether it’s growing teams, responding to, or navigating complex environments, he’s led with a holistic, results-driven approach backed by a strong moral compass.
But beyond titles and achievements, he’s someone who holds faith, family, and integrity at the center of everything he does. He believes in doing business the right way—with honesty, consistency, and respect. Also, he’s the proud father of two and a blessed grandfather to five amazing grandchildren—who are truly the joy of his life. His faith keeps him grounded, his family keeps him motivated, and his values guide him in every relationship, both personal and professional.

Ryan Simpson is experienced in real estate transactions and other areas of law. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Utah (2002) and a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law (2006).
Ryan is married and has four wonderful children. His passions include golf, attending University of Utah football games, and spending time with his family.
